RDA Murray Board Directors play a vital role in shaping the future of our region. As a member, you will:

• Help identify and address economic, social, and environmental opportunities and challenges across the Murray region.
• Contribute to projects that stimulate regional development, innovation, and sustainability.
• Represent diverse communities, businesses, and industries.
• Collaborate with government, community groups, and stakeholders to achieve regional goals.
• Participate in strategic decision-making to drive the priorities outlined in the RDA Murray Charter.

This role requires attending six Committee meetings annually and contributing to at least one sub-committee. These positions are remunerated with sitting fees, recognizing the time and expertise you bring to the table.

We are seeking representatives from across the Murray region with diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. Successful applicants will demonstrate:

• Leadership and governance experience, particularly in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and representational skills.
• A deep understanding of regional opportunities, challenges, and communities.
• A commitment to fostering diversity, including gender equity and cultural inclusion.
• Active networks within local, state, or national business, government, or community sectors.
