Regional air travel is becoming less affordable and less reliable across NSW, with serious consequences for health access, workforce mobility and regional economies. In a new submission to the Productivity Commission, the RDA NSW & ACT Network warns that rising fares, reduced competition and declining flight frequency are putting essential regional connectivity at risk – and calls for targeted reform to help keep communities connected.
